White Tile no.3, Fountain of 99 Spouts in L'Aquila

The tile is the 26th from the right side of the entrance, between face no.27 and face no.28. The tile follows the 27th face counting from the left (see position in the image below) and has a circle with a small globe in the center (an eye, a sun, a well are all possible symbols).
