The other night in Pescara hospital doctors were waiting for the authorization to take a liver needed for a transplant from a deceased patient. The unknown donor had no relatives in Italy, only a brother residing in Venezuela. With the help of Italian Telecom finally the brother was found, and through the Consulate the much awaited authorization was faxed.

Rosita Di Antonio, a cuisine master and writer, recommends to choose high quality ingredients, and above all a great extra-virgine olive oil.
