As in times immemorial let us follow the steps of the shepherds: from Castel Del Monte, stop at Castelvecchio Calvisio then proceed to Bominaco along the ancient shepherds' trails, which led from Abruzzo to Apulia. The suggested itinerary is along the tratturo L'Aquila - Foggia.

The new wine of November will be of great quality this year. Maria Gabriella Mezzanotte, producer of a Montepulciano wine in her "Mgm" winery, shows the bottles of the 1997 production, in honor of Gabriele d'Annunzio, who paid a visit to the winery in 1897 and was a guest at Valletta, of Concettina and Raffaele Mezzanotte.
