Navelli - 600-years old mummies / Mummie medioevali nel cimitero
About 20 years ago a medieval cemetery was found below the Church of San Sebastiano, containing 15 mummies in perfect state, and dozens in very good conditions. Paleonthologists and doctors will start research on the remains, of great importance since they offer a cross-section of the population. A restoration will be also made of the clothes, which will be part of a future museum in Navelli.
