Today the parade of the 45th Carnival Festival.The six waggons are: "Patanello re del millennio", "I Lumbard dell'ultimo millennio", "Gli incubbi abbiamo preso un granchio", "La perla nera", "Viaggio nel tempo" e "Le maschere d'Italia". Alongside the parade also a Flower Festival and presentation of historian Giuseppe Iacone's book on the Carnival's previous editions.

Surrounded by 12 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren, Serafina De Luisa will blow on her 100 candles today. She lost her husband Sante D'Andrea long ago, and also her four children. Also mayor Giorgio De Luca, husband to one of Serafina's granddaughters, among the guests.

"Fattoria Giuseppe Savini" will officially present its newly produced DOC wines from vineyards of the Morro d'Oro and Notaresco areas, bottled in Pagliare. The winery started in the early 19th century. Grapes are collected by night, so that the temperature is low and wine quality high. Cultivation methods are also based on biological agriculture. Giuseppe Savini's wines are perfect if accompanied by good cuisine and music.
