A very special Jubilee 11th edition for the Christmas exhibition from 4 December to 16th January with over 150 cribs coming from as fas Offenburg (Germany), private collectors and museums. Also a section for "Natività nell'arte" and a "Via dei presepi", an itinerary through the cribs organized in ancient citadels and churches. A twinship also with world-famous Rivisondoli living crib.

Women workers in Valle Vibrata always had a hard life until last 31 August, when a Ferrari subsidiary in Colonnella decided to hire 26 girls to assemble high-precision automobile parts, since it seems they are more attentive and precise than their male counterparts. In the plant last year 500 F-50 Ferraris were made, and now the new Ducati motorcycle (priced at about 50,000 US$) is under construction. Since the plant started 30 years ago, it has always been growing.

Pescasseroli mayor to Foggia for the victims of building collapse / La Cesa a Foggia dove vivono 3.500 pescasserolesi - "Partecipare ai funerali è stato un atto dovuto"
Pescasseroli was the only Abruzzese municipality to attend, in memory of the close ties that have always existed because of transhumance. In Foggia there are 3,500 pescasserolese, among them the president of the province. When Abruzzo was hit by the 1984 earthquake, Foggia was ready to help, and a twinship was established in 1980.

PIETRANICO - The new library in honor of Poet Teresa De Vita Savini / La biblioteca intitolata alla poetessa 85enne - by Marco Tabellione
85-year-old Teresa De Vita Savini, poet and painter, has published three collections. Though living in Pescara, she left her heart at Pietranico, the subject of some of her works. A poem written by her father became the village hymn. Teresa spends her time writing, painting, and making other arts objects. Her poetry connects traditions and faith to the future.
