My great grandparents were from the Abruzzo Region I am working on a family tree. Looking for information on Frunzi, DiGiacomo, Gallichio, Pontarelli. I think Frunzi was from Bagnara, Pontarelli was from LaRochetta, Gallichio was from Bari. Any info, please contact me. Italy is a beautiful country. We visited in July and we are coming back next September.

I am trying to find relatives to contact. My grandfather, Giuseppe Maccallini, was born in Aielli, L'Aquila, in october 1888. When he was eight years old, he went to Argentina with his parents.

My wife and I plan to visit Abruzzo for the first time next spring to vist the birthplace of my late grandfather. His name was Vincenzo Fornelli and he was from Magliano Di Marsi. Any information on the village or any family still in the region would be greatly appreciated.
