Vasto, a guided tour
A guided tour of Vasto, founded, according to a legend, 3,000 year ago by Diomedes, returning from the Trojan war. Vasto is located on a mountain crest overlooking a splendid "golden gulf" along the southern Abruzzo coast, about 250 km from Rome along the A24-A25-A16 autoroute. The video comes from TV program "Sereno Variabile", and shows the Caldora castle, the d'Avalos Palace, and the nature reserve of Punta Aderci.
