A prova di uomo (man-proof)
A creative spot for new Tampax on the Italian market was devised by art director Dario Citriniti. The phrase a prova d'uomo (= man-proof) is already getting viral in the Italian language to signify some device that is really simple to use, which is demonstrated asking a number of men to test it: if they can use ot, the device is easy for everyone. - allora= ubiquitous Italian expression used to start speaking
- un delirio= a mayhem, a metaphor common in Northern Italian
- guarda un po'= see here a moment, an idiom to attract attention; very common is also ma guarda!, used often ironically
- tranquillo! (feminine: tranquilla)= an exclamation that has become very common lately, meaning "do not worry, take it easy" especially from teenagers to parents (tranquilla, ma'= do not worry, mum, there's no danger.
